Family: I’m married to Kevin, who founded Wielenga & Son Electric. Today, he works alongside his sons and grandsons as they continue to grow both the family business and other Wielenga Ventures.   We have been blessed with eight children;  five girls: Erin, Abby, Autumn, Olivia, and Emily, and three boys: Zachary, Nicolas, and Klayton.  Our family has expanded with the addition of five sons-in-law: Ben, Lee, Daniel, Jamie, and Joel, two daughters-in-law: Ali and Rae, ten grandsons: Parker, Zander, Quinn, Carter, Zaide, Deacon, Cooper, Asher, Rowen and Walker and seven granddaughters: Zoe, Celeste, Hayden, Harper, Scarlett, Clara and Holland and in November, we are adding our first GRAND daughter in law, Avery!  We enjoy spending time together as a "great big family" since most of us live right here or near Orange City!  Kevin and I love to travel and have been to Paris and London and will be going to Holland and Germany next summer.  

God has created such a wide variety of EVERYTHING in our world and music is no exception!  From the instrument families, to rhythms, to melodies and harmonies, to music from other cultures, to composers whose music lives on and on, the opportunity to discover is immense! I am privileged to not only teach students about music but to also show them how much fun and enjoyment it adds to our lives as we  praise God with the musical gifts that He has given us.
