Years at OCCS: 2024 - Present

Education Background: I received a BA in Physical Education and Secondary Education, with a
Minor in Health from Northwestern College (2024). I have my Coaching Authorization from
Kirkwood Community College (2021).

Professional Experience: After completing my student teaching experience at Orange City
Christian School, I joined the OCCS staff and began my teaching career here in 2024. I am the
K-8 Physical Education Teacher and the Middle School Athletic Director. I have many years of
experience coaching at the middle school level and currently coach middle school girls’
basketball here at OCCS.

Family: I was born and raised here in Orange City, where my parents, Jade and Angie Niemyer,
and siblings, Trey and Bailie, still reside. My older brother, Trey, is married and has one child.
My twin sister, Bailie, is married and has one child. Being an aunt is such a blessing!

Faith Statement: I feel very blessed to be able to teach and coach at OCCS, where Jesus is put
at the center. My hope is that each child understands that they are not their own, but belong
body and soul to our faithful Savior, Jesus Christ. Our bodies are gifts from God, and we are
called to use the talents and abilities He has given us to take care of and steward our bodies
well. It is my prayer that each child understands and believes 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. “Don’t you
know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You
are not your own, for you were bought at a price. So glorify God with your body.”
