Faith Statement:
God has entrusted me with the privilege of teaching His covenant children. As a Christian school teacher, I consider it both an honor and a responsibility to use the gifts God has given me to serve His purposes. I strive to help students understand their role in God's Kingdom, recognize His presence in all areas of life, and develop a personal faith in Jesus Christ so that He can work through them.
To do this effectively, I model a personal relationship with Christ, seeking His guidance through daily prayer and Scripture. I cherish the many moments in the classroom that naturally point to God and provide opportunities to discuss His purposes. My prayer is that I may be Christ's light to my students and that they, in turn, will shine His light to others. Teaching God's covenant children is a true blessing. They are the reason I am in this profession. May all my work bring glory to Him.
Favorite Scripture: "However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God's grace." Acts 20:24
