Education Background:  BA Dordt College

Professional Experience:  From 1971-1972 I taught  grades 3,4, and 5 in a combined classroom at Worthington Christian School.  From 1972-1977 I taught grades 3,4,and 5 at Sioux Center Christian.  From 1990 to the present I have taught 2nd grade at Orange City Christian.

Family:  My husband Tom and I have 3 grown children, two of whom are married.  We have five grandchildren.  We are so blessed to have them all in Orange City.

Faith Statement:  I am God's child, created in His image.  I believe that He has created me to honor and glorify Him and that He has called me to be a Christian teacher.  Because he is my Lord and Savior I strive for excellence in my teaching.  I depend on Him to grant me the strength, wisdom, and patience I need each day to fulfill that calling.
